I got 6 shots + 6 vit C tubs. Got 3 tubes of toothpaste (3for2) and went through SS. The total came to £1.10 something and I was just about to pay (card already in machine) when the SS assistant came and said 'U have to pay only £1.10 for all these?". I said 'Yes'.
Assistant: "This cant be right..there is something wrong with the tills. The same thing happened in the morning."
So she takes all my shopping and takes to a manned till and expalins to the till lady 'there is something wring with the SS tills. all this shopping comes up as £1.10. Could you please sort this out?"
I am already thinking 'well we need vit C, so no need to return even if I have to pay full'.
The lovely lady scans all my stuff, and says "that will be £1.10" without even batting an eyelid.
I felt like giving her a hug. Thank god she was not a trout.

Boots glitch worked for me this morning yay!:j

    Bought

    6 x revitalise shots
    4 x multivitamins 79p each
    2 x vitamin c's 79p each

and 3 x dove go fresh deodorant as it's cheaper than T3$co @ £2.20 each

    Total to pay - £3.79!

Girl looked puzzled and I thought I'd had it but then carried she on as normal! And 36 advantage card points thrown in too! I wanted to pay the difference with coupons but I thought it best to say thank you very much and leave the shop!!:T:T:T
:) Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be :)

    And get lots of glitches!

....at work so will be quick:D

went to wood green big boots at lunch time
    only 2 shots on display
asked sa, who was walking by, if anymore - he found 2 more on another display.

I bought 3 vit c and 3 shots couple of other things for £1.38 and £1.25
and still had to pay £2.22 :think: - was expecting more to come off my additional shopping. Anyway free vits and shots:)

So anyone thinking about looking in Wood G boots - it will be a wasted journey.
  • Thanks so much to the OP for this - I confirm it is still working down here this afternoon. I bought £64 worth of vitamins for £13! I bought my usual vitamins, not the ones recommended for the maximum saving and saved a fortune!

Still confused as to all the various 1.99 discounts which came off but I'm not complaining! Did it in 2 batches so managed to get 2 of the Boots No7 vouchers as well and picked up 2 packs of face wipes which worked out at £2 each.

Just tried one of the shots - it's very pleasant tasting and doesn't leave an aftertaste.

Ive now done a total of 7 transactions, over Two days, value of goods before discounts £134.99 cost to me £5.66

On my last transaction I only got 6 x shots and nothing else, as there where no cheap vitamins left (id already taken them) :rotfl:

Did this as an experiment and they went through as £0.00 ;) so if you cant find the vitamins your looking for, get the shots anyway as they wont cost you anything...

Did have a look at the shot display but couldn't see any mention of an expiry date for the offer.

    My tally so far

    18 x Vitamins at £0.99
    18 x Vitamins at £0.79
    42 x Shots at £1.99
11 x Deodorant at £1.17 (should be £2.35 but on offer at 1/2 price)
10 x Shaving Foam at £0.65p (should be £1.30 but on offer at 1/2 price)

So FREE Vitamins and Shots, and the Deodorant and Foam has cost me £0.27p a tin....

    :D Happy Days :D

Oh... a quick question whats the best why to use the No7 Coupons ??
