send an email to these people correspondence@everythingeverywhere.com with complaint in the subject field. explain what's going on and they are usually more helpful. If they can't resolve it, you can request it to be escalated to the executive office. You can't email the executive office directly anymore.
They sorted out my tariff when there was 100 mins missing from it, I tired to have it sorted with customer services at least half a dozen times, may as well have asked the dog to do a salsa dance for me.0 -
problem is, it uses wifi and the desire S has an issue with wifi drop out too.
Its a software bug, a quite well known one which they have yet to fix (HTC don't tend to fix, they just launch a new handset which fixes a problem).
wifi tools and boosters won't help here as its an inherent fault with a particular software build on the handset itself.
I read it that the wi-fi drop out problem was with the Desire, not the OP's wi-fi router/internet. My post recommended replacing that handset with a UMA enhanced handset that would make the Desire software issue irrelevant.0
