Interest Rates will stay on hold this time. Another 0.25% by late Spring I reckon. Thankfully I fixed at 4.94% for two years last month! Is that long enough to see rates fall again??0

I believe rates should rise or hold steady this year. Nex year, more hold and probably decline by 2nd year end. I am in for a 4.95 two year fixed as well. Same theory!
