depeneds if ur on benifiet i used to think its 3 nights but was told by my housing oficer theres no set number of nights its if its regular ur likely to be found out if ur not on benifiet totally up to you0

there is no exact number of days , but i would ask why your letting him stay at yours without contributing to anything such as food etc
it sounds lik your trying to make the most of benfits whilst trying to keep a relationship going
maybe your new years res is for him to move in with you permantly and contribute to the househould
.....or just to visit and not stay overnight. It's not compulsory!(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Dont you know that it is compulsory today to have sexual relations/overnight visitation after the second date and if you think diffrently you are accused of being the morality police on here?
Its also some kind of goverment vendetta against single parents apparently because you must allow them to have overnight visitors, the fact it applys to any benefit claimant gets ignored on this type of thread.0 -
