He's not much of a 'partner' if he doesn't contribute. If you mean for benefit purposes I don't think there is a fixed number of nights but if you consider him your partner then they probably will for benefits purposes too.:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0

If he's not contributing then he's not a partner but a boyfriend.0

There is no set number of nights. Not much of a partner is he ? I'd dump the loser.0

Your partner can never stay. Your non contributing boyfriend however can stay 7 nights without affecting your benefits.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

there is no exact number of days , but i would ask why your letting him stay at yours without contributing to anything such as food etc
it sounds lik your trying to make the most of benfits whilst trying to keep a relationship going
maybe your new years res is for him to move in with you permantly and contribute to the househould

Or do you mean something else ?
If you're claiming benefits as a single person and have a partner, you are commiting benefit fraud. But dont worry millions more are "at it"0
