  • OP, as advised go to http://forums.pepipoo.com/ and start a new thread in the council section. The experts there will help.

You won't get any "holier than thou" posts on there either.

And they won't admit how many people have actually ended up paying MORE as a result of their advice either....

I live 250 miles away from London and know not to stop on a red route...

Jeff Bridges Hair's comment was about the CEO, not about the driver. ;)

Admit? Have they been asked? Would they know? How many do YOU think it is?

But you don't know that you can stop on a red route, depending on whether or not it is marked with single or double red lines.

What sort of advice is that on a MONEY SAVING forum?

The best way to save money, is to not get oneself in situations where they will have to pay for something they should not have done in the first place.
The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark

The whole point of some roads being designated Red Routes is that they are main traffic arterial through ways and there is no stopping on them at any time with the exception of an emergency. If you do not know this you deserve all resultant penalties that comes your way.

Indeed, I get quite cross with people who waste my money, by forcing me to sit in pointless traffic jams, because they are too selfish and lazy to find a legitimate parking space.

Did you read my post where I put in the exceptions?
