In fairness, I think his 'disability' is more mental than physical. He used to work as a landscape gardener for a long time, but he has never been all there, plus now he is quite deaf. He is grossly obese, and couldn't bend down to tie his own shoelaces, so maybe that is his 'disability', who knows. Anyway, I feel sorry for his wife, she has to live with hi, I just have to fend him off every so often when he feels the need to borrow money!
