Can anyone beat this netbook deal?

Hi
I have a Samsung NC10 netbook but only use it if I'm going to the library/while I'm travelling. For everyday use, I use my laptop or desktop pc.
Re specs-my netbook has a single core processor (I added 2gb ram which speeded it up a bit but I'm only using Office 2007) whereas my 5 year old laptop is dual core and has a bigger hard drive. Both running Windows 7.
Reckon you'd be better off buying a laptop.Sealed Pot Challenge No 089-Finally got a signature.:rotfl::j0 -
Don't want to appear "funny" BUT .... what do you expect from your intended bit of kit?:cool:
We've got ALL these in our household and each represents a different user's perception of what it's main use is.
So, as "fwor" suggests, you really need to decide upon whether you need the power of a true computer or just the surfing/odd office capabilities of a netbook - my eePc was easily upgraded to 2Gb memory and accepts external HD's without difficulty - to a tablet.
After all, an ( purely for example) Archos tablet will do ALL the surfing/Office things anyone could ever have asked of ANY computer 4 years ago .... on a handheld mini-screened thingy!
I could swear .... honestly, an Android phone can do all these things now!:mad:
I feel old!:p0
