OK, OK, you have the point. My tenant gave me a horrid time asking me to sort the leak on New Year day as I could not go there which is about 50 miles away and I don't have the materials to fix the leaking from toilet but left me no choice to call emergency plumber to fix the problem immediately and it costs me £120. I practically cried and was upset about it. I don't want this happen again in the future
