Gas / Plumber cover payment monthly

Hi

I need your help as I need to find gas, boiler and plumber service that allows me to pay cover every monthly in the event of something goes wrong in my tenant's house. Do you know any company provide these services at reasonable price?

What kind of costs do you want covered?

I meant WHAT do you want covered, not how much how much do you want to pay.

Sorry, the ideal cover would be water/gas leaking and break down boiler/radiator problem

I think it would be a good idea if you sat down first, assess what your exposure is, and then decide what you need, in stead of just randomly picking some cover. For example: if you the heating is properly installed, tested and maintained, it is extremely unlikely that you will ever have a leaking pipe or rad. A good boiler under 5 years old doesn't need cover, and dozens of different models DO need cover, but in most cases insurers will not repair them when you claim because they are beyond "economic repair".
I could sit here give you estimates or quotes til the cows come home, but if you don't know what you need, it would be a waste of time.

Fair enough, I am pretty happy with my boiler as it is only 4 years old and it has been working well and for radiators, they are fine without problem. But I have a concern that one day the boiler break down due to faulty and I would have to folk out a lot of money for repairs. The other concern is that the water leak from toilet or shower which requires repair urgently.

A water leak from a shower or toilet is not an 'urgent' repair-it can generally be left until normal business hours.
A pipe burst is urgent, that is best addressed by making sure that your tenant knows where the stopcock is situated.
As bengasman says, regular servicing and preventative maintenance greatly reduces the need for emergency cover, so cultivate a link with a reliable local independent .
A decent 4 year old boiler that is annually serviced is not likely to give you problems for some years, and may still have one year left on the warranty for some parts. Make and model?
