I use Vivatic survey site, they pay betweeen 85p and £1 a survey and sometimes send emails for £5 surveys. It doesn't take long to get to the £25 payout. However, the surveys are mind-numbingly boringTotal debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

Brrr, it is so cold here today. I had to scrape my car this morning and the thermometer inside said it was 1 degree(s) all the way here - eek! :snow_laug it can't be getting so cold already - can't afford the heating bills!
I've got chunky vegetable soup with me for lunch today, think that'll be lovely when it's lunch time if it stays so cold. Also got a pear and a yogurt - I need to lose some of my extra padding!Aiming for a stone by christmas, should be do-able if I concentrate...
Oh well, have a good day everyoneBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Another day begins
it won't be a NSD today as I've got to go to the dentist for a check up after work _pale_ I'm not the biggest fan of the dentist, so I'm hoping there will be nothing wrong!
I've also got a parcel to post, and need some more milk, so other little spends today too. Just got to keep my eye on the ball and keep spending down to a minimum.
Oh, and I also intend to order some christmas presents when I get home this eveningBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Hya SF, sorry not been here for ages....busy, busy!! Well done on your saving and good luck on the house-buying. Hope the dentist was OK, and that you are feeling much better today.
The week started well with a Joan Armatrading concert last Saturday (brilliant!!) and our wedding anniversary-proper on Monday (29 years:heart2:).
Then everything came crashing down on Tuesday with DH being made redundantDespite it being on the cards for a while, it was still a shock to the system. He has got a good pay-off deal, but still hoping that he can find a job soon.
So much for having the house to myself now the boys are off to Uni!!! :rotfl:
