I ended up borrowing some money from a colleague yesterday so I could buy a sandwich for lunch, so I did manage to get something to eat!
I'm so glad it's Friday :j :j just today to get through.
I went for a facial last night, curtesy of a Groupon voucher, and it was lovelynever had one before, but it was very relaxing, so I would definitely get one again.

Thank goodness for a decent colleague, you'd have keeled over without anything other than a yogurt!

So, Monday morning again - the weekends go so fast!
Had a look at money issues this weekend - money is going out of our account left right and center, as we pay for surveys, mortgage applications and whatnot. Me and DH both agreed that we need to have a really lean October, so that we have as much money spare for all of the house stuff as possible, without leaving ourself short for food at the same time.
I've got a dentist appointment on Thursday but apart from that nothing should be spent this week. We've both got petrol in our cars for the week, and we've got food in so nothing there. I'm going to start planning for christmas and begin to buy bits and pieces, but I'm going to spread it out a bit so that it doesn't all go out at one.
So, that being said, it's NSD 4 for me todayBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

sf we are having a lean month too. You have a lot of major expenses but it will all be worth it in the end. I am going to do some food shopping tomorrow and see if I can pick up a pressie or 2. Fuel for the cars is going to be our biggest expense this monthbusiness mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

poohbear - yeah, it's just frustrating for all the money to be disappearing!
DH just told me that his MOT and service are due at the end of the month :wall: :wall: so it means even less spending! I know we can do it, but I'm getting slightly worried about christmas this year - I don't know how we'll manage to be honest, as there's lots of birthdays between now and christmas as well, so need to get my thinking cap on!Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
