Well, first job done - have a lie in!
didn't get up til 11
Not much planned today - the weather is gorgeous so I'm hoping to sit out for a bitplanning on having a healthy-ish fried breakfast for lunch (but with a poached egg) which, according to myfitnesspal is 398 cals! :j I'm sat here drinking some freshly brewed coffee and enjoying pottering around whilst DH is at work.
That said, I do need to go food shopping at some point today, as we don't have much food in... nothing for tea anyway! so that means I need to do a menu plan for the next week and see what we have in already that can go towards meals.
Also, I've lost a lb this week! :j Not much, but going in the right direction! After some of the rubbish I've eaten this week, I'm a bit surprised, but not complaining!

Just realised I'm going to have to venture out too ..... DM wants me to bring eggs when I visit tomorrow (I have a fab farm shop just up the road where you can see the chooks wandering outside enjoying the sun - and the eggs taste sooooooo much better than sm ones:)).
Need to take Maisie out at some point anyway - will be a short, lead only walk as she's still not 100% (think she may have pulled a muscle the other night as she was pelting around like a loon).
F1 qualifying about to start tho' so it'll have to be later on:) - I'm really cold for some reason (lovely & sunny outside) and just realised my feet are like ice blocks so must go & find some extra socks to put on (have on around 4 pairs in the winter:o)
Glad you enjoyed your lie in*sigh* what are they again!:rotfl:

So, I did the food shopping yesterday so I don't intend to go anywhere today
DH wants to watch the cycling, so I'll just potter around at home and not do much
