    Its just life.
Better that than lots of ups and downs me thinks.

Couldn't agree more! sudden excitement in life isn't necessarily a good thing, especially when you're trying to save money...

Any chance hubby can make an appointment with the doctor asap to get help with his snoring? Well done on your savings and tutoring.

Your life isn't boring, it is better than what is happening in mine! Hubby and I went away for a few days for hubby's birthday we came home to find out the neighbour's father had died! A short time before we left the other neighbour's mother had died and two days before we went hubby's friend's wife was buried!

Badger - that made me smile :D

I am literally sat grinning like this :D and want to do this :j but I'm trying to be sensible :o:D

It means that me and DH can finally start planning the future (once I've got the official job offer letter) and it also means that it'll be a slight pay rise, which is another woohoo :j :j
