It's Friday :j :j :j and half term is next week, so I have a whole week off:j
We're going over to my mum and dad's tonight, as DH has managed to get the weekend off too, so that'll be lovelyI'm hoping the weather will be alright this weekend as we're hoping to go for a couple of walks. However, it's chucking it down at the moment, so not too optimistic there
It's not going to be a NSD for me today, as I need to get some petrol for the drive overBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

We've been out for lunch today - I had a very tasty crab pate with toasted pitta bread and salad, it was very yummy
followed by rhubarb and ginger crumble, which was also very nice, but the portion was huge so I couldn't manage it all!
Whilst we were in town, I had a quick browse in the shops - found a really lovely cardigan that I really liked, but then noticed that a) it was cashmere and b) it was £80 :eek::eek: it was swiftly put back on the rail! It was really comfortable and a really nice colour, but £80 is so expensive for a cardigan. I can't imagine ever having enough money to even consider buying some clothing that's that expensive! However, a cashmere cardigan and perhaps a cashmere jumper is definitely on my clothing wishlist...
We're having salmon with HM tartare sauce and chunky chips for tea tonight, which should be goodI don't think we're doing much this afternoon - I'm currently watching the French Open on the tv and DH wants to watch the football later.

I once had a cashmere cardigan that lasted me about 15 years before it sprouted a wee whole.
