Oh Jo - what a hard day for you today :( sending you a dodgy hug :grouphug: falling asleep at the wheel? that's so scary. I hope you're not feeling too down about it all. Enjoy your meal out :)

I was at another interview today - didn't get the job - but I'm not too bothered. It wasn't the most positive experience, so here's hoping I'll get another one soon. I had to get some petrol on the way home and treated myself to a $tarbucks as a commiseration treat ;) so not a NSD for me.

    Food:
b - fruit & fibre with semi skimmed milk, banana with PB - 353 cals
    l - egg mayonaise sandwich, 2 blueberry mini muffins - 515 cals
s - chocolate cream frappaccino, fruit lolly - 313 cals
t - greek yogurt with honey, fresh pineapple, strawberries and raspberries - 252 cals

    Exercise -317 cals

    Total: 1,116 calories.

Not too bad today. It's so warm here that I really don't want much for tea - when I get warm I don't tend to want to eat anything hot, so some fresh fruit and yogurt will do me fine :) I didn't realise how many cals were in the chocolate cream frap but never mind, was a lovely treat. I'm pretty pleased with today :)

Hya SF, sorry about the job, fingers crossed for the next one being just right for you.

You're right about the heat....we've suddenly been hitting the salad stuff with avengance..good for us, but a bit pricey. Can't wait until our home-grown stuff starts being big enough to eat....a few weeks for the salad, but a few months for the toms and peppers.

    Have a good week x

    Thanks Keiss :)

Managed to transfer a small £10.31 into savings today, so another small addition to the pot. It is going up slowly, and everything adds up in the end.

It's been a NSD in the SF household today and I've got my washing hung on the line to dry as the sun is still shining :j

Had a rubbish day, so came home and baked.

    Thanks ladies :)

It's the weekend :j :j me and DH are off to a BBQ tomorrow and we don't even have to take anything :D so very much looking forward to that. Other than that, we've got nothing planned for this weekend, apart from chilling in the garden

Well, what a lovely weekend. Me and DH went to a BBQ yesterday afternoon/evening where we both ate a lot of very nice food (is it me, or is food eaten outside so much better?) and I may have partaken in a few glasses of pimms too :D

Today we've been to Mr Ts and stocked up for the week, then spend the afternoon in the garden, relaxing and eating ice cream  having weather like this makes everything seem so much better. It's a pity it's not going to last.

Eek, just realised I've got sunburnt shoulders! now then, where's the after sun...?

Going to spend the rest of the day relaxing - we're having a tuna salad for tea as I can't be bothered to cook anything, so a nice relaxing evening is planned :)

Oh, and just transferred £342.61 across to the house deposit savings :j
