Haven't gone food shopping in the end - the weather here really is awful and don't want to step out of the door. So, NSD 5 for the SF household.
Found out this evening that a boy from the school I work at has died over this half term week. He was 14, so sadput things in perspective, I guess.

So sorry to hear about the young lad, devastating for his family and friends.
Looks like tomorrow is looking up weather-wise, what a dreadful week....you can tell it's half term. It will be lovely and warm once everyone has gone back to school!
Been making the most of staying indoors and have been making a quilt/playmat for my lil'sis's first grandchild. Little Ava was born this morning, two weeks early. All are fine and the new family are home already. I need to get this quilt finished asap then!
Have a great weekend xx

Hi SF just read your whole diary! I am sooo envious of your lovely cakes, I wouldn't be able to leave them alone, they'd be gone in no time! I'm sorry finding a job has been difficult but I'm sure things will pick up soon. Chin up my lovely x0
