I ordered mine on 1st January and the payapl payment debited my bank account on 5th January.
I've tracked my order again this morning as it was previously a back order eta on 9/1/12 expecting it to state it had been shipped yesterday and its now changed to eta on 8/2/12.
I emailed customer services at the weekend enquiring about a delivery date but they have not responded so far so I'm going to telephone customer services today and request a refund as I'm very doubtful that I will ever receive this printer.

I think I will be asking for a refund now as the ETA date has moved slightly backwards to 12 December 2012!!!:mad:

Yeah thinking I may ask for a refund... the 12th of December? Surely not? I'm unsure whether to wait it out as so many people are cancelling then it may come quicker, yet I can't really afford to be £25 down with nothing to show for it...really unsure of what to do. I'm a student so NEED my printer, I've run out of ink on my Canon one next to me and don't want to buy more ink if a printer will turn up in a few weeks...

Any one think we will actually get the items and it's worth waiting it out?

Here the email response I rec'd from HP today. Unfortunately I didnt get round to calling them today but will do so tomorrow requesting a refund as I dont like the sound of 'this all being well' about the expected arrival of stock into their warehouse:-

Unfortunately, the HP DeskJet 3050A e-All-in-One Printer order is presently out of stock. We are currently expecting more of these items to arrive into our warehouse on the 8th February. This all being well then you should expect to receive your order within 1-2 business days of this date. We will send you an email to confirm this once your order has shipped with the courier tracking reference so that you know when to expect delivery.

I bought one of these from argos instead as I had vouchers and I got the one with the extra ink. I put the new ink in on Sunday and have printed about 30 pages, it now says out of ink!!! This is not the sample one, this is the extra one that they claim is worth £19.99! How do I prove I have only printed about 30 pages? Surely it wouldnt go through ink that quickly, my older printer could print 100s of sheets.

said that last week then on monday it said 13/01 (today)
and just checked and its gone backwards again
