Afternoon all - apolgies MAG - happy belated b'day - I was offline yesterday xx

PM - sorry to hear about your boiler - it's miserable without it in this weather - do you have anything else to tide you over? Little fan heater and hot water bottles? Any chance you and family can pop to anyone elses this afternoon for a warm up? xx

Well, shopping yesterday, spent more than planned but then didn't go out last weekend so I guess that's not so bad. Poor day for wombling - total of £1 and £1 roadkill (people really shouldn't be allowed to buy just 7 items in their shop either :rotfl:) Am just kicking myself as thinking I bought an onion (bear with me on this) in the veg section, but now thinking about it, they had massive sacks of them outside for £1 a bag :doh:now tempted to go back and get one but still in pj's and not sure it's worth the petrol - I am a doofus!

I couldn't cancel my mum coming as she was already on her way when the boiler went :( there's no one else we can go to as I live miles away from everyone i know :( I just hope they come and fix it tommrow.

When I first moved here I didn't have any heating in the bedroom for 4 months :( so I know there not good at coming out to fix things.
