Just had our simple dinner. Fried rice with tiger prawns and Deep fried chicken.



If you like the fried chicken recipe its:-

1 Whole chicken (free range about £5ish) cut into pieces including the bones.
1 teaspoon heap of table salt
1 teaspoon of tumeric powder
pinch of ground black pepper & white pepper.

Marinade all the above for at least 4 hours or better still over night. It will taste better if you seasoned it longer.

I didn't have time to do that as I was not sure what to cook for dinner :rotfl:after looking thru' my cookery books, me said bu99er it, I shall do a simple meal:D

can you believe it, Manager told me today, girl I work with, and believe me she is so immature, girl is the right word, has been complaining that we are supposed to share the invoice job, but she is the only one doing it? As soon as an invoice comes in, she prints it off and does it straight away! when do I get a chance to do it? She doesn't say, I did the last one, you do this one, I will do the next one.

She moans that she has too much work to do, she works 5 days a week, she does less than the whole team put together. And everyone is complaining that she is always on the internet shopping, and banking and everything but her own work!

Ok, I have been caught with mSe up a few times but I do work! and I don't moan, I just get on with it!

my mouth is sore, it is hurting me to eat food

just fed up of walking in that place and getting sl agged off for things and having to put up with moods and tantrums,etc. Have asked for 2 weeks off from next week so I can job hunt. I have 8 days holiday left, and can only carry 5, so they have to let me have time off.
