Hi Everyone
I've not posted on this thread before, but found it from the 'eating out of freezer and store cupboard thread' and was inspired and intrigued by Lynsey's bargains she was reporting, so thought I'd take a look. I can't believe the vouchers I found that will be useful for me. I know its defeating the object of the other thread, but it might be worth getting a 3rd freezer! (Someone please stop me, before I become a danger to myself!).
I have a question regarding the voucher for washing up liquid from Sainsbury's from SSM. I have got a voucher for myself, but would ideally like another so that I can try and use them as they are 2 for £2.50 in Mr S. If I sign my husband up, could we use the 2 together? Is this breaking the rules of personalised vouchers, or would it depend on the good nature of the SA?
Thanks in advance.0 -

don't do it, don't buy the 3rd freezer....:rotfl:
with SSM , you should be able to print 2 vouchers for the fairy liquid. If you go back into it, you should be able to print a second one.0 -
I got 2 fairy originals last week at S with the MOCs and on offer. SA had to validate as I'd used more MOC than the SS liked. No problem with using - 25p each, bargainSPC 2015: #319 £10.65 / £500 Bulgaria tin0

Thanks for that, my inspiration is from this thread and the "freezer and cupboards" thread - great support.
Funnily enough, I was toying with a 3rd freezer, but there are only 2 of us and I would just have ended up with too much stuff. I had a Comet card with money on burning a hole in my pocket, but recently bought my son a printer for Xmas, got rid of temptation. I suppose it's how big a family you have?
Remember though, every day (virtually) there will be reduced items and coupons to use, so you don't need to go overboard, though fully understand how addictive it can be.
This year is my "Control Year", trying just to tick over. Even the GRABBITS have stopped (unless free or needed).
I would agree with Aesop, don't do it. Though a 3rd freezer would easily pay for itself IF you can get the bargains.
Good luck.

as this does not involve any altering/editing the coupon it seems its going to be ok.
BUT
no posting about multi sheets as this isn't allowed AND definately NO
no physical editing of the main coupon ie multiple prints on a singlepage, editing barcodes or dates (THANKS BT)
SO to get rid of rubbish around coupon to save ink and just print the coupon you can do the below.
- open PDF
- click edit in tool bar
- click take snapshot
- highlight coupon (so it has a blue box around it)
- press print
this just prints the coupon
small note of apology to any who posted about this previously and has posts moved/deleted.
seems this alone is ok.
I just tried this and noticed i had no toolbar as i use firefox so if anyone else is having this issue you have to get the addon from firefox, just did it and now the above works fine hth and thx myrtleturtle for the info this will save loads of ink0 -

I use firefox too and all I did was go to edit button and 'take snapshot' is on the drop down list. Just follow MT's instructions from there.'Weight loss 0/2st
Inch loss = 0"

I know its off topic but check out the Boots Vitamin thread on Grabbit - approx £18 of free vits/shots and £2-£3 off the rest of your shopping. More if you are lucky to get the £1 off wys £5 voucher from the ACM.
Just to make this on topic, perhaps you could pick up a dettol no touch half-price and use the £3 off oupon while you are there ....
