hi, sorry i know this isn't about printable coupons, but just wanted to ask if anybody has received WYS coupons from sainsburys in the post this year? last year i received quite a few £10 off WYS £50/£8 off WYS £40, usually valid for a specific week and i would get 4 weeks worth in one go...but nothing so far this year . any info would be greatly appreciated

I get a few Sainsbury's £2 off £20 spend - normally 8 weeks at a time. Very random though, same as the Tesco ones.

how often do you use your nectar card when shopping

you get more of these when you rarely use your card as they are a kind of incentive to encourage you to shop there more often

Hi Dizzy,i seldom get these coupons & i shop regularly at S ,but sons GF who doesn't shop at S very much gets them quite often ,but none yet this year.

I did a £25 shop today and spent £25! Hence I would really appreciate it if some links to vouchers could be posted on here, so that I can start saving too

get yourself a drink ,allow yourself plenty of time and start at page 1 and read
MT does a great job of updating the thread as it goes along,and after printing off various moc that you think you will use ,she has done a shopping list to find the various prices for most of the products as people have found them in their local supermarkets .hth

Welcome back CouponWoman.
Managed to get some of the free milk in Waitrose yesterday and also picked up my first receipt in Asda car park yesterday. Got voucher for 15p to spend this week. Oh well, got to start somewhere I suppose.
Did manage to use some of the flora ones for Flora spread and Flora milk.

I must have missed something, I bookmarked the links to supersavvy and beforIshop, but many items on there are no longer highlighted for printing, and there are only a few coupons on there. Is there another good website or another savvy tactic I should try?
