if you are dissatisfied, and want some resolution then yes..! However being expensive is not a complaint in itself, you bought it..
why dont you just ring, instead of emailing, they might not sit dealing with emails all day.0 -

As others have said, forget it.
It's nearly a week ago and you've binned the evidence. If you contact them now, they'll probably think you're trying it on.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
well lets be honest was i really going to keep food like that which would stink..no i dont think so. i have an email as proof i complained straight away so lets see hey!0

I fear your complaint has already fallen on deaf ears. Vote with your feet and leave some negative reviews.0

If im honest i do not complain much but complaints i have made in the past the company/establishment have always took ownership and dealt with it. i have already given bad reviews on every website i can think of. feel better already

Whether you should keep complaining all depends on how highly you value your time and what outcome you are expecting to get.
Generally for small amounts its probably best to "vote with your feet" as quoted above. That being said, I seem to be lucky and live in an area where good customer service is the norm. I've only ever came up against bad customer service when complaining to scottish gas and virgin media (who both adopt the "no you cant speak to a manager because I dont think theres any reason for you to speak to one regardless of the fact that i've been rude, offensive and will not even listen to what you're explaining because i keep talking over the top of you and trying to tell you something you already know which isnt related to your problem" approach). And i'm going to stop there before i start ranting about VM and SG even moreYou keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
I had a bad take away once - I just didn't order from them ever again!0
