Even more so if it was not your printer! I would DEFINITELY complain :)

Well, my printer printed everything else out perfectly so I'm 99% sure it's down to their website! I might just check on mrS's just in case!

  • Another £12 for me please... some of the ebay money leftover after paying yesterday... I was so tempted to pay it a penny at a time :)

ETA: I went to a greene king pub on monday with a voucher for 2 free drinks when you buy 2 main courses. the vouchers hadn't printed properly (not my printers fault) and the manager refused to stick to the deal even when we showed him it on the pubs website. Do you think I should complain?

I would write a letter complaining and pointing out the bad customer service. It might get you a meal or some other good will gesture. At the worst it will cost you 10 minutes of your time and a stamp.

I recently did this to complain about a 7 week delay recieving my new laptop. I said in the letter the fact they didn't inform me was poor customer service. I recieved a £70 gesture of goodwill. Not bad for ten minutes effort writing the letter.

I will be writing one to Halfords soon too... they are really messing us about with installing the bluetooth thingybob mrS got me for christmas! it was booked in last week but I cancelled it, called yesterday to be told they don't do it in that store, we are now waiting for a call back to get it resolved. I've said I want them to pay for petrol if I have to go to Rayleigh to get it installed as MrS wasn't informed at POS that not every store installs them and because of the messing about.
