  • morning all! first off sorry again for going m.i.a. and massive congratulations to all those reaching amazing milestones and paying off loads of debt, you lot are really inspiring!

phewey, what a week it's been! so, we got our dog :) he's lovely and sweet and is beginning to learn basic obedience but our flat is pretty chaotic at the moment as he keeps trying to eat the cat :o i'm sure it's just a matter of training but for the time being it's pretty stressful! but no regrets yet, and our little family feels complete :)

i was very un-mse by getting him and had to borrow more money, hoping blindly that it would all work out ok - and it looks like it will, as two good things have happened since then. first, i got a rebate from hmrc woooohooooo!!! i sent off a form ages ago and had no response from them, so this was a lovely surprise as it just appeared in my account :):) and second, i've FINALLY got approval from my main job to have a second job, so i start as soon as i get my contract

so today's lovely pad is £561.02 which clears my dog-debt and puts me back on track with debt-busting :)
