While I would like to go, I don't think the words "money" "saving" and "expert" fit this tour.
    More like money grabbing ba******
    ticket £50
    service charge £7.45
    fan club membership £33
stamp and envelope (not even special delivery) £2.75
    Total £93.20

    PRICELESS
OK so Madonna charged a hundred quid for the same seat but Kylie only charged 45. This is outrageous and even if I was a HUGE fan I would not pay it.

And this is for the totally useless wembley arena

I suggest this thread is moved to the pub. It is not a grabbit AT ALL.
I think I'll pick up my guitar and play (see guitar for £45 thread) cos I won't get fooled again ! :-)

in person at box office £50 from tomorrow, you are highlighting the pre-sale conditions,
And I for one am glad that tours like these are posted on the Grabbit thread.
Certain posters here always try and give us free pre-sale links so it's always worth posting a set of up-coming tours firstly , so that other MSE members get a chance to see who is playing and secondly, to see whether those in the know can source the pre-sale links.
If you have no intention of going, why bother posting.

Agreed and I have posted such things myself. In this case unfortunately there is no FREE pre-sale link therefore it's not a grabbit because it is not a " Bargain Buys, Sassy Shopping and Fantastic Freebies" Don't get me wrong I would have appreciated a free pre-sale link just as much as you.

I would have but as I am not round the corner to the box office AND there is no free pre-sale link. I will not be ripped off for £93.20

Perhaps these threads should start in "I wanna buy-it or do-it " until a free pre-sale or bargain has been revealed ???? That would leave this forum open for real grabbits as opposed to being aspirational ones.

  • Now I know this is most likely a very silly question but is anyone a member of the fanclub that isnt going to watch the tour??

I am keen to see them in London, but I see the tickets are only for fan club members at the moment. Also does anyone know when they come on sale to the general public??

    Many Thanks.:p

You can buy the tickets from 12.30pm TODAY (thats now) if you go through Live Nation (think its part of ticketmaster as your tickets are purchased through them) you will have to register with Live Nation if your not already a member (its free to register though)

    details:
    http://www.livenation.co.uk/events/event_info.aspx?rid=168164

Live nation members presale from 12.30pm today Thursday.

Too expensive for me £139.75 for 2 tickets with a £8.50 per ticket booking fee, even with the £33 fan club saving.

Still plenty of great tickets left for sheffield just had two block c row 9 tickets in my basket, but cant really afford the cost plus travel plus hotel etc.

    Hope this helps someone!
  • yea i have the livenation presale too but what a rip off!! grr..

then just wait for the main sale tomorrow, then you'll have more choice and don;t necessarily need to do the livenation package :)
