Bravo!! How much time do you give to surveys to achieve this? Fantastic effort though. :T
PS - Happy new year!!
Hi Happy new year to you too
To be honest it really didn't seem to be that much in terms of time I think the way to work the survey sites is to pick the ones that work best for you I have whittled it down to 5 different sites and find that the more surveys that you do the more they send you.
I usually do them while sat at night watching TV
On top of earning the vouchers I have also been sent products to try so far I have had laundry detergent, two different toothpastes, teabags, cereal, two lots of new crisps and coffee.:j1 Sealed Pot Challenge # 1480

Hi there I have also subscribed to your thread so we can watch each others journeys.
I would be really keen to know of the survey sites you use as i hope to increase what I earned last year from these - I only earned £10 last year so shouldn't be too hard to increase it.

Well done on stopping smoking - how fab to do something so positive for your health and finances
Wow to the surveying. I try to do some but find it hard to earn much as I have very little time during the week so I feel like the best/high paying surveys get snapped up quickly so tyring to do surveys around my timings rather than theirs means I pick up the long and low paying ones nobody else wanted to do! I'd also love to be nosy and know which work for youEst. debt free day April 2016 (ish) Debt at June 2010 £34,247.13Debt at Dec 2011 £27,499.09 (19.7% paid off)Working together with DH on our debts (twindad07)Long haulers supporters DFW #2560 -
Hi to everyone
The survey sites that I find to be the best paying and most frequent are
*Vivatic most are paid at £1.00 with a few at 85p it is payment by Bacs or Payal
*Ipsos Access Panels payment is vouchers including Amazon and various High street.
*My Survey.com Again Amazon or High street vouchers
*Valued Opinions
The quickest to build up for me is the Vivatic as there are usually a lot available and also My Survey
The best for getting products to test I find is the Ipsos one.
I found it quite slow to start with but it seemed that the more I did the more that they sent me.
Hope that helps1 Sealed Pot Challenge # 1480

Hi
Just getting the days thoughts down before I go to bed, if I leave it till the morning then Half of them will be gone.
Right I have been looking at everything today and this is what I will be trying to acheive over the next year.
1) Put money aside every week to save towards big one off bills such as car insurance, road tax, Ideally the ultimate aim is to be in a postition to pay all of the bills that I currently pay by DD every month as once yearly payments.
The first such bill will be my car insurance at the end of March, followed at the end of April by the house insurance so that is the first aim of the year.
2) Put some money aside every week towards saving for Christmas and Birthdays over the coming year instead of panicking and putting it on a cc.
3) Have an emergency savings fund for the little things that crop up like washing machine breaking down or something needing replaced again I would normally just stick it on a cc or if a new one was needed stick it on the Argos acc
4) Keep up with the challenges that I am doing on here, A Payment a day, Sealed pot, One debt versus 100 days, Pay as much as you can 2012, An extra payment a week :A.
5) Always try and go throug a cashback site for purchases, keep doing surveys for vouchers to use towards Christmas etc.
6) Check my online banking every day that way hopefully I won't be caught out by any DD going out when not expecting.
7) Continue to batch cook and meal plan and stick to the shopping budget and the list.
Right well I think that sall for now my brain is numb but I am sure I will think of more later :rotfl:1 Sealed Pot Challenge # 1480

Just in the middle of trying to get the house back into some sort of order after Christmas and New Year, Kids nowhave so much stuff so will be doing a major clearout of their rooms when they go back to school next week.
Got a huge batch of chilli on at the moment reckon theres enough for tonight and then three lots for the freezer.
Need to check my online banking nad see if I can make any overpayments to the cc today so will be back on later to update on that.
OH just off to work backsift on overtime so that will be a nice little bonus to throw at the cc when it is paid

Just dropping by to say hi and really well done with the smoking, the challenges, the surveys!! Everything really , you seem so motivated which is great . I have subscribed to your diary as we are both starting out at a similar time .
I also had to use the children's savings to pay off some debts, not the tax bill , (I still owe that one ), but it doesn't sit easy with me. I am determined though that one day I will pay it all back !
Good luck and I will be dropping in from time to time to check on your progress xLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !
