eBay item sold last night for £56 so need to get that packed up and courier sorted.
Going to list two wooden high chairs and table sets that I found in the garage the other day.
Still need to list some old stock from the business
Tidy out the old business room to make it useable again
Help my wife do the final accounts for the business ASAP.
Check garage for any other saleable items

Busy time and lots to do but need to really push on with making money and getting fit, I managed a 3 mile run yesterday, just need to do about 9 of them in a row by end of May!!!

Really struggled to get on here tonight. The little man was up wanting to play from 2am last night - we weren't as keen so been beyond tired today.
I did 40 mins on the crosstrainer last night but nothing today.
We have made a few PADs today.
Put on 2lbs at WW last night so not too bad considering but been 'naughty' again tonight due to exhaustion so need to get back on track. Might nip to tesco to get some fresh bits for tomorrow night.
Done a survey or two but there doesn't sem to be much around at the moment.

Hopefully I will feel more motivated to do something tonight when I get in from work, last night we were all too tired.
Kids are at nursery today so going to do some food shopping before picking them up and hopefully have tea at a reasonable hour.
I need to go for a 3 mile run tonight to get my training back on track - no more excuses!!!
The highchairs from the garage need a little bit of cleaning before listing them on ebay so plan to clean them tonight.
Also need to list some old business stock on ebay

I need to get my motivation back, and continue with the ebay listings.

Echo the above, great to see you both battling this!!:)

Just a thought on the high chairs- try gumtree as its free and postage will probably be a lot on them.

    Keep up the good work!!

I've never used gumtree so will have to have a look in to it.

    Debt-free and Proud!
    Hi there

Great to see the new diary. Will subscribe.

I find it hard that my OH is not as keen on MSE as I am..he is more of a bury head in sand and then scrimp on EVERYTHING for the next few months..whereas I think we need to go slow and steady and pay what we can without destroying any kind of fun in the interim. Not sure if that makes sense..but he is very good at tracking our expenditure so can't mind too much, it's just we have different approaches I guess. Am thinking of starting a diary to help me keep focussed otherwise I just pop on here from time to time and am not consistent.

We also have an embarrassingly high family income. Not to say that we don't also have high mortgage childcare etc to boot but crazy to be struggling to live within our means all the same. Looking at the folks here I wonder how they can manage and yet I have again run up debts in 2010 after clearing everything last. Bonkers when I was meant to have had my LBM in 2003... Bonkers. Complete carp.

Anyway as I said will subscribe and best of luck with getting through that HSBC card!

Just been told that I have got my payrise which will be back dated to September - only about £65 a month but better than nowt. So at the end of this month I should get 5 months back pay so that should pay for car service and repairs - definitely some repairs needed, new seat belt needed as its frayed (is this how you spell it!), handbrake doesn't work on steep hills, need a new spare tyre, all to do before MOT - which is paid for Groupon offer only £20.

Also Feb and Mar are no council tax months so they will pay for the two car taxes for the year with us only having to find a little bit extra money for this. Council tax £150, car 1 £160 tax for year and car 2 £200 for the year.
