    Well that took a while, four months and apparently my chance to pay the reduced amount has expired. Oh damn that is so frustrating, I guess I'd better pay up! Ho bloody ho! The paper-chase begins!

    Your chance to pay a reduced amount hasn't expired at all! Pretty soon it will be reduced to £0.00 when they realise they are banging their heads against a brick wall!

    If you're going to complain to a store, send it to the top. The CEs' postal and e-mail addresses should be in the public domain. Any lower down the chain of command, and it just gets lost.
    The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)
