With respect, you're either a fool or a troll at this point and either way I've got better things to do with my time.
Oh, so you admit your failure. Ok, next.0 -
Goodz - does anyone understand? Is everyone else wrong? Are you a knobhead? Do people randomly punch you in the face?
If you reply with any more complete gibberish then I am getting you banned from speaking again ever, anywhere.
(and stop editing yourself, it makes me feel uneasy)
What a low quality post. You have nothing to offer here, do you, except gratuitous unpleasantness.0 -
Dear Martin
We love this site, but please help us!
In your capacity please help/ start a campaign to get pay day loan companies banned. You only have to read the misery they are causing people on this forum!! THEY ARE SERIOUSLY RUINING LIVES out there.
Please help us Martin!
People - just sign 'agree'. If we get thousands of us agreeing Martin might come on and make a comment, and maybe we can all make a difference and get rid of these companies.
Many thanks
:money::T
they are only bad if you dont pay what you agree to pay when you sign up.
if you cant pay it back, do not borrow it. simple as that.0 -
Maybe I should have posted in the debt forum.................
Maybe I would have a got a better understanding than the t*** that go you should pay back what u owe...... YES WE ALL UNDERSTAND THAT ONE.
f sake.
get real, read the stories and see the misery.....
if you did that, there would be no problems,
they dont force you to borrow from them. most of them allow you to make partial payments anyway if you cant pay when promised. but only if you actually tell them and not just default.0 -
Isn't that the point though?
If these baffoons poluting this thread (or is it us poluting the baffoons thread?) get their way and ban PDL's then the Credit Unions wouldn't know who was who.
No, credit unions will still use the normal criteria to decide who to accept, whether they get an influx of new customers or not.The idiots will still be there, in plentiful supply desperately searching for that next fix of someone else cash to waste and not bother repaying.
Yes, but the idiots won't be destroyed by credit unions whereas many of them are by pay day loan companies, that's the big difference. Credit unions don't crush weak people underfoot, pay day loan companies frequently do, that's the current problem which government must address but continues to fail to do so.The Credit Unions will be hit hard and fast by the idiots and be forced to take action, thus removing the facility they provide to those who need it most.
No, you're wrong, you don't know how credit unions work. On the contrary, if they had more unsuitable applicants they would simply turn them down as they already do with the unsuitable applicants who currently apply to them. The rest of the population simply don't need high risk loans as they can budget and be in the fortunate position of having banks fighting for their custom.
Yes, that's the right, the problem of pay day loans afflicts the weak, vulnerable, poor and stupid members of society. Most normal people have no need of them and aren't weak and desperate and stupid enough to get into debt spiral by using them. This website and numerous others have thousands of stories of the damage done by pay day loan companies but still the government fails to act to stop the damage being done and continues to allow big business to ruthlessly grossly exploit large numbers of weak people. It's really bad, it should be stopped, as many people are saying and have been saying for a long time.0 -
Generally speaking, credit unions are already pretty serious about who they lend to - they wouldn't be interested in lending money to the kind of people who use and abuse PDLs.
Yes, that's right, the notion that an influx of new but unsuitable requests would make any difference to credit unions simply demonstrates a lack of understanding on the part of that poster making that incorrect suggestion.0 -

Yes, of course, that is the simple common sense. The problem is though that there are so many people without sufficient common sense and who are poor and sometimes desperate and stupid and so they can't just use the services in a sensible way. These people need saving from their own self destructive tendencies. They should not just be sucked dry and then thrown on the scrap heap as is currently the case. That is uncaring. It's not in the interests of society either, it is only in the interests of the big business shamelessly exploiting them.0 -

I think Wutangs post was very eloquent ! I bet you're a right laugh on a night out ! :rotfl:Not.
Pompous or what ? Careful or you'll disappear up your own backside. And before you start accusuing me of insulting you, have a read back over your own posts. I think you win that one hands down.0 -
You're clearly of low intellect and uninformed, this subject is all going over your head. You have no understanding of this subject whatsoever. You also need a dictionary as you here demonstrate your lack of understanding of simple words. Oh dear, nought out of ten, must try harder and pay attention in class.
I have a grasp of it alright - its you who doesnt. Please point out exactly where I am wrong?
It seems you pull apart others' posts but with mine you're all waffle and no topping. Quite clearly you're stuck up you're own !!!!"If you no longer go for a gap, you are no longer a racing driver" - Ayrton Senna0 -
TBH i don't agree with the OP!
These companies are not ruining peoples lives were all doing a good job of that ourselves, we live in a "it's everyone else's fault but my own" world these days where people think it's their right to this that and the other.
Instead of pointing fingers at everyone else point it at yourself for being unable to control your spending, almost all of us live beyond our means and that is our fault nobody else's.
These pay day loans are there to help, they are clear from the start what how and when you pay if you abuse that then you have only yourselves to blame.0
