    I think I'd be asking for a credit note and then putting the difference to, no matter how long it takes you to save up. They've some good offers about so perhaps you'll get a couple of games thrown in which you can sell to claim some of the money back.

    For £160 you would expect it to be almost new. They are only £189.99 for a brand new 160GB one. I would be pushing for a credit note to put torwards a new one if you can't get a refund.
