They are not being good to me. Two emails both saying they aren't interested.0

I bought a three disc DVD from Asda. We watched the first two films, then onto the third and it had a really big scratch. We tried to watch it but it just didn't work. I took it back to the store and they were fine. I even told the staff member that I had watched the first two films! I know this doesn't help you but if it is faulty it is faulty.
Try to phone play and speak to a manager. They will try and fob you off and tell you that the manager isn't available. Just tell them you will wait on the line until the manager is free. It took me half an hour on the phone trying to sort a problem out with play but as soon as I got the manager it was sorted. It seems they have gone downhill customer service wise since their takeover in September. Good luck!!0 -
Please could someone advise me on this matter
My son bought his girlfriend a blackberry curve for xmas (£230)
from a 3 network shop in cambridge
when she opened it it there was something wrong with the screen or behind the screen to be exact
today they took it back to the shop to be told basically to go away ,(you have no proof you dident damage the screen)
external screen is in perfect condition
he is not in a position to lose this money and his girlfriend doesent have a phone
any advice would be gratefully recieved

Well I sent a third email asking for a returns number and have not heard anything since. I realise not much time has passed but the first two replies came very quick.
Other than phoning, what else can I do if they refuse to answer or if they refuse to accept the SOGA?0 -
sorry my first 10

Just an idea.0 -
I will check out the website later. Not many give out contact details anymore. I had enough trouble emailing. Had to use another route as all you get is FAQ.0

I know this doesn't help your original problem, but I have had two discs damaged and both times, I took them to Blockbuster and they used the machine to clean/polish them and they both work fine now. So if you don't get any joy, you can try that.0
