I doubt it's an issue, other than if you're not in Belfast when they send the documents, it will take longer for you to receive them via Belfast.

This is a separate issue however and how you proceed with this is up-to you, but not providing the right details to your insure can void your insurance if you try and make a claim. Insurance company's are now very much on the ball when it come to people not telling the truth about where they live a or any other miss representing on there insurance. Ask your self this if have more than one bump in Belfast how hard would it be for your insure to investigate why your bumps are happening in belfast when you live in across the water.

My car spends 5/6 nights from every 7 in Belfast, and my insurance is my Belfast address. It's my driving licence and V5 that are my parents' address.

It would have been cheaper to insure at my parents address, but I didn't do that for the reason you gave. Now I'm afraid that because of the address on my licence they will try to void my insurance.

If the insurance company was made aware of this they would void the insurance

your insurance is fine then however at some point and soon than later change the address on your licences and v5

The police took my parents' address from my licence to give to the other party. My postal address for the insurance is the same my risk address (Belfast). Would there be an issue of the other party send something to my parents' address that I need to pass on to the insurers?

There is no address on the MOT certificate

Then what about the disparity in my licence and insurance address?
