Swindon orbital on saturday had half priced some of there end of isla £1 stuff ,i didnt look to see what there was as i was in a rush to get the shopping done .

went to asda toryglen tonite bought 2 jars of end of aisle £1 asda own curry sauce sell on shelf now marked 85p buy 2, 70p discount applies so 2 for £1. No I dont understand ,nor did I care when loading up

i'll scan in the necklace and my receipt tonight if there's any interest. as a cheapy mothers day gift for myself from my children (my husband would buy me more chocolates and i haven't finished the valentines day ones yet!) i got a necklace my sister told me is mis-scanning at asda.

it's supposed to be £7.00. i found them on the george counter but had to go to the self scan to buy it.

it's sterling silver with a pendant saying 'mum', or 'mom' i suppose because the middle letter is a heart with a cubic zirconia.

at the self scan it is costing £7.00 per kg, mine weighed in at 39p. don't know which till my sister used but she got hers yesterday for 7p! i don't know what would happen if you tried to buy it at a till rather than a self scan. it asked me to put it on the scales. sis got greedy last night and tried to buy 3 more but at the third one the till asked for assistance and she abandoned the transaction because she was in a hurry.

it's not my nicest piece of jewellery but i'm skint and i didn't want to spend any extra

Hi, i work on the jewellery counter in the Brighton branch and can say we did have a problem with the necklaces asking to be weighed. I have myself delt with the prob a couple of weeks ago and if you went through c/outs they would override the price to the £7.

just been in to the local asda in southport where they are selling red wine at £1 a bottle. they normally retail at £5. LES MERIDIENNES. end of linestock. i picked up 16 bottles but could not carry anymore. loads left be quick..
