Ohh, good I ordered the microfibre topper too and can't wait to have it delivered as my new Kozeesleep Duchess mattress is giving me backache most days when I wake

I've been using DAPW for about 3 years and buy all my bed linen, towels and bedding from them because of the high quality and great prices. I have become evangelical and recommend them to everyone, have just converted the person I'm dating Sorry to hear you didn't have an excellent experience with them pixie_girlie, did they refund you in the end?
I have to say I've found the 2-3 day delivery option really slow as they take a while to ship stuff when the are very busy and then it's 3 days on top of that which can end up being a week in practice, factoring in weekends, before the goods arrive! However, when I shelled out for next day delivery one time recently (£7), stuff did arrive next day about 2pm which was good.

I was tempted by a wool mattress cover thing, but it was April shipping but I was needing some new sheets and such, so I have placed an order with them. Not quite sure what they meant by depth on the fitted sheets, will live and learn!

Lifeforms, I think it's to do with how high your mattress is and if you are using a topper with it. Dunno that it matters much though either way...
My luxury microfibre topper is marked as 'Picked' and should be sent Monday hopefully, which is good as when I ordered it said they weren't in til the 16th Jan. I wait with baited breath!

I have a lovely luxury memory foam 7cm topper. Wanted another but no stock til March. Ordered 5cm one, arrived friday and it's rubbish. Hasnt expanded, just a few bits are 5cm the rest is flat as a pancake. D&P not answering phone and after several rings it cuts off.....starting to wonder what's going on. Used to be a brilliant company

Well I finally got hold of somebody from D&PW who said that they would collect rubbish topper on wednesday and replace. Left topper out behind side gate all day as I was not in, still there that night. Rang them next day, sorry but courier was SUPPOSED to collect it. We will rearrange collection for MONDAY. This company really has gone downhill since I last used them
