quick question

hiya everyone,

sorry but just a daft quick question,

ive a nokia phone, it works fine no problem at all,
ive tried a few times to text someone the message goes to pending on the delivery reports then after a few days it says failed,
this persons phone is switched off, ive tried ringing it from my landline and mobile thats how i know its switched off,

usually when the phone is switched off they just recieve the message
when the phone is switched back on,

does anybody know why the messages are failing to send?
has the phone been disconnected?

yeah my phone works fine texting n ringing anyone else,

May be the network as blocked the number there end for some reason

it could be they haven't paid there bill and that's why its just going on answer machine

It could even be if they haven't used there phone for a long while the network will block it then
because you have to make or receive a phone call every with in 6 months with a pay as you go phone

could also just be that the network there end is playing up.

Because the recipient has never switched their phone on?

Undeliverable messages are kept by the network for a few days, then get deleted.
