    But how does this prove the other car drove into you?
    Could you not have driven into the other car at that exact opposite angle?
    If it's a physically impossibility then you have the case sewn up, but I suspect you could theorectically have driven at the exact opposite angle to produce the same damage.
    If you don't think I'm right and it was a physical impossibility for you to have driven into the other car at that angle, then you have your answer. Simply provide the proof that it's physically impossible and you'll win your case if it really is true.
