Contract Renewal

HI Guys,

About 3-4 months ago my brother upgraded his O2 contract through mobiles.co.uk. He got a new phone different tariff and some auto cashback all went through fine no problems.

Now this issue is that according to O2 the contract hasn't changed (His bills are still the same as pre renewal and the inclusive allowance etc hasn't changed). Also when login into the O2 website the tariff is still the old one and it says he can upgrade at any time!

Has anyone come across this before? If so did the upgrade finally go through (Could O2 or Mobiles be a bit back logged). Could he upgrade again? Surely If O2 allow it it's there fault or could he be held accountable?
