I'm not going anywhere now, as have been out most of the day already, so it will be one AF today. If ok to say so now.
I had 2 days of very light drinking (25 cl Mon, and Tue), followed by a good quantity yesterday. I've been sticking to tea today, and don't fancy anything else.0 -
Hi guys.
Its another AF here this evening. Drinking tea instead!0 -
Still af. I've stocked up on soft, and fizzy drinks, as well as tea. I don't often buy them so its a welcome change. I can get through a lot of beer (as is like water to me, until last weekend when I realised just how much of a pig I'd made of myself), so will be keeping my larder well stocked with alternatives, especially for during the week.0

ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

I know there's not much I can do about it, but it is on my mind a lot. Health reasons, financial reasons, general behaviour and responsibilites reasons. That quantity everyday is just wrong on so many different levels.
Sorry to read that Mrs Rainman. I know you and yours have tried to get him to seek help but is it worth having another "campaign"....... You know he's a very lucky man to have you....What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again.
