What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Morning, could you put me down for 2 af this week please. My drinkings gone up to an entire box of beer most days. I'm starting to worry about the long-term effects. I had the equivalent of 10 pints Saturday, plus another 10 pints Sunday, and I'm not big. I'm surprised I was still standing. I drank loads every days the last 2 weeks, and am disgusted at myself. Feeling the effects, so hopefully will be able to manage 2 days. I'm scared stopping will be dangerous.

    16 AF please Shaggy

Thought having three kids all day would drive me to drink, but no, it has driven me to eat anything I can find with sugar in :)

Can't wait for tomorrow, back to the normal routine - these Easter hols have felt as long as the summer ones :(

unself - don't worry about stopping drinking, have you considered just cutting down before deciding to go AF for a few days? - Whatever you are doing, good luck

Hope everyone has a good week :)

waeldchen.gifto the MSE wagon. That's a lot of Beer! Goodluck with the 2 days. Jump into the April challenge if you like... 13 days left. Or join in May. Just pledge the days you want to try and be alcholol free (AF) or you can go TF (target free) or just pop in for a chat....
