Well my new year isnt going to start off good :( my neighbour popped round yesterday to say that the bricks on the side of my end terrace house are crumbling and falling off as they are falling onto their extension plastic roof and have actually made a whole which has caused the rain to get in and soak everything.
This is going to cost me a few grand  so I can see so no OPs for a few months.
The whole side of the house will need repointing. Plus neighbours extension will have to be taken down for the scaffolding somehow!!
I could cry right now

Pammy, I wish there was an "I feel your pain" button. Mr Katsu and I just had a chat and he thinks they should be able to put the scaffolding over next door's extension somehow.

At least being an MSE person you can save money and manage to afford the work somehow. Or is this something your insurance will pay for?

Really feel for you. Keep us up to date on how it goes.

    Hugs,

    Katsu

Thanks Katsu, I have a little bit saved for it so just need a bit more and it cant be done in the cold weather anyway.
I am hoping they can put it over the extension somehow, but I will probably have to pay for a new part of there plastic roof so it will all have to come off anyway.

Rotten luck Pammy, but I'm glad you are in such a good position you can afford to pay for it. Well done you :D.
