    Have OP'd £250 today and knocked another month off my term and a brick off my wall :D

    I can now state that I have made my yearly OP target :j :D :beer:
    I op'd £650 this month and my total for the year is £6045 :D

    Original scheduled payments: Jan, £696; Feb; £696, Mar; £696, Apr; 696 May; £711, June; £711, July £711, Aug £711, Sept £711, Oct £711 (Total = £7,044)

    Payments over/above original schedule: Jan, £600 Feb; £750, Mar; £700, Apr; £200, May; £520, June £400, July £475, Aug £750, Sept £1,000, Oct £650 (Total= £6,045)

    Interest saved according to my SS: Jan, £193.77; Feb, £232.38; Mar, £211; Apr, £66.96, May £173.25, June £130.09, July £181.86, Aug £230, Sept £295, Oct £185 (Total: £1,899.21)

    Interest per day: Jan, £5.55; Oct £5.24

    Months shaved off in 2012 - 10 months (25 left to shave to reach target) keeping to my target of one month off each month :D

    Months left to pay - 6 years 3 months (75 payments) as of Oct

    My new mortgage free date is now January 2019 :) Am hoping to knock 3 years off that though then I have plans to redo the kitchen and bathroom the following year after saving madly
