What's the deal with being a dead letterbox address?
And what's S&S/CP?
S&S - Shop and Scan
CP - Consumer Pulse
both are incentives run by Kantar Operations, linky on first post.
A dead letterbox is where a marketing/mystery shopping company use your letterbox to send literature to, to either check the postage times, how well the postal service works for them (maybe they pay a premium) and also to see if quotes etc are actually sent out.
Not everyone gets accepted for dead letter boxes. I signed up a few times and didn't get anywhere.0 -

Happy saturday wine night everyone0 -
Aww Monkeynut, a huge congratulations of the birth of your new baby! How fab!
Finally have some money to add. Got that £40 a mentioned earlier on in the week. And thats it.:o Lots on my plate at the minute. Trying to be positive and upbeat tho. Decided against doing a food shop this weekend. I have loads of stuff in my freezer and cupboards so just gonna use it up. I really can't afford to do any shopping so i'm doing without, apart from basics.
A few bids on my ebay stuff. I put them on a 10 day listing so they don't end till tuesday, hopefully more people will see them over the weekend and push the bids up. Up to over £30 at the minute so i know i will have some cash to add next week. Also have the chance to earn another £40 next week doing the same again so i think might take the offer up. I thought it was gonna be £20 this week and £20 next week but there were more hours involved that expected. Still, i'm not complaning!
Well done to everyone else.Slimming World Challenge 2017 0/30.5lb

Thank you!
S&S and CP are Shop & Scan and Consumer Pulse. They are market research panels that reward you with vouchers. It's invite only but you can register your interest at http://www.volunteer4panels.com/
The dead letter box thing is a couple of the mystery shopping companies I do work for where they use your address and you have to let them know whether something turns up and when, or sometimes you don't need to do anything other than be prepared to receive some junk mail!!Half of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700 -

Two envelopes through the letter box today with £20 of gift vouchers to add to my total. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
