Not sure if anyone did the thing that Crowdology posted on their fb- but the £10 has been paid already- only did it this afternoon- so a nice easy tenner there!

Will need to work out my total for the month now- Actually have no idea if I have hit it!

    Edited to add: TOTAL DONE!

So here it is (Just hit target!)

eBay Buy to Sell Profit: £231.96
    eBay Declutter Profit: £42.23
    HM Baby Food Savings: £15
    Baby Formula Savings: £2
    No risk Bingo Wins: £10.72
    Fonehub: £22.10
OH Kindly Gave Me: £1.50 (gave me £4 to get bloodworm but only cost £2.50)
    Crowdology Interview from today: £10
    SB Amazon Vouchers: £10

    So total of £345.51 :)
    £20 a day April 2014 £834.87/£600 :j
    £20 a day May 2014 £108.45/£600

I managed my aim of £5 per day for January and ended up just short of the £10 a day that I thought I had no chance of achieving!

    Quidco 12.90
    Tax Refund 48.95
    MR T DTD 1.07
    Mail Reward 5.00
    Halifax Reward 5.00
    Music Magpie 31.19
    Roadkill 1.00
    Ebay 100.00
    Overtime 79.76

    TOTAL £284.87

This amount was paid off a credit card bill - another 2 months and that one will be paid :)

I did apply some of my own rules - the E-bay amount was just what I transferred from Paypal, I actually sold more than that but I only transfer when it gets to £100 and I'm only counting money that is physically in my bank account. My overtime is any thing I earn from my job above the minimum that I factor into the househould budget.

The tax refund was the result of a uniform cleaning expense rebate - still some more to come from that one for earlier tax years and my tax code has been adjusted now so that should pop a bit extra into my pay each month.

I think I need to jump into February and declare £10 a day - it was easier than I thought and the result is very satisfying.
January £5 per day £284.87/£155 February £10 per day £294.47
  • Not as good as I had hoped, but a much easier January then I have had for years with the help of a few extra pennies and the motivation to get some things cleared out. Off to Feb for another go!

No its against oft guidelines to tell you to borrow or take a loan, what they would be offering is a refinance deal which is different. A sar would need to give a line in the letter asking for calls as well, normaly companys dont give as standard.

I would personally wait for it to be sold, then offer the dca half as full and final
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
