    £8.13 off the credit card and I have requested a decrease in my limit by £250 I am that determined to get rid of it. I have also closed my isme account, getting there, slowly but surely.

    Hope everyone is well and still getting a smile out making their extra payments, I know I am :-)

    WOO HOO Its gone :T:T:T:T:TMy credit card is finally paid :rotfl:

    Paid £76.60 today so happy its gone after years and years :)

    Once again I wouldn't have stuck to this without your help and inspiration so thank you :T
    Will still be paying extra every week but on the OD now which should be cleared at the end of May .....Then I will be debt free :T:T:T:T
    It feels so good keep plodding on everyone we are all doing so well.

    Oh sounded like old Mr Grace then in "Are you being served" For those members old enough to remember it ..:eek:

  • Well done Mavvymoo. That is a brilliant achievement. I can't wait to be making the same post, but its going to be a couple of years yet!
    Anyway, pleased to say I've paid £7 extra off my OD today, as this was the amount I underspent on it by the end of the month.

    I've been fortunate enought this week to pay some larger overpayments to the credit card, after we inherited some money, but dont think I'll add it here as I'd like to see at the end of the year how much all the extra weekly payments I've made truly add up to. So for now, from rounding down my bank account, I'm adding £5.41.

    Congratulations Mavvymoo! That's just awesome. :)

    Mine this week is 32.82, after I accidentally overpaid on my credit card this month for an online order I'd done. As I can't get it back, it should be counted to my total!

    Thank you Everyone for your support and good wishes :T We are lucky at the moment as DH has got a really well paid job so have got a bit extra but as he is on a contract which runs week to week :eek: So it could end at anytime so really got to get sorted out NOW !
    Will be paying off some of the OD tomorrow not sure how much yet.Also had a really good week on Ebay selling some of my pre MSE stupid wasteful buys :o And need to start saving as have absolutely nothing saved apart from my £2 coins which is quite shameful really :o
    Oh well onwards and upwards:) Cant believe once you write things down how quickly it starts to sink in !
