3 - "Refer a Friend"

I have two contract on 3 and I am about to take out a third. Has anyone in a similar position managed to get the "refer a friend £30 offer" by recommending themself? Looking on their website it would appear that you only need to give them the "friends" mobile number, although I would expect that the full account details would be revealed during the new contract stage.

  • Both your friends number and your new phone get the £30.00, so I don't think it would matter if you also owned the other other phone.

hi all my son took another contract out for his sister and couldnt use hi own number to refer a friend ,they wouldnt let him and that was just before Christmas ,so he gave my number and I got £30,not him, so be careful the 2 of you could lose out on the money altogether
