Weighed this morning and have lost 2lbs:j:j
Was quite pleased but I think my shape has changed more than the weightloss says - I think all of the exercise is toning and building muscle as my belt has gone down by a notch and things are feeling a bit more comfortable.
Food has been ok so today (but the main meal is yet to come!)...
Breakfast - medium banana (100 cals)
Mid morning - cranberries and cashews snackpack (90 cals)
Lunch - wholewheat seeded wrap (180 cals), 2 laughing cow lights (50 cals), quorn ham (75 cals), 2 satsumas (50 cals), grapes (50 cals), WW yoghurt (68 cals)
That's 663 cals so far.
I think tea will be some gnocchi (third of pack is 250 cals), some mushrooms, onions, sweetcorn and peppers, and passata- will work out the cals for that in a bit but it can't be that bad.
That leaves plenty of room for a little snack later.
Exercise - lots of very soggy doggy walking and will either do Shred or go swimming later - didn't end up doing anything last night, was shattered and fell asleep on the sofa:o0 -

3 Weeks to go!
I am sure I have messed up/missed people off somewhere, so please make sure you point it out and I will fix it...
I will start a new challenge after this one, to run from the end of this one until the end of September, but that will be my last. I am hoping someone will volunteer to take my place after that?
I start an OU degree in October and although this doesn't take an awful lot of my time, I will be very short on time I can study and don't want anything to get in the way of that so I will be stepping back from forums etc. Hopefully I will still get on to post occaisionally though...
If anyone wants to volunteer for running the challenges (if people want them to continue), put your hands up- it is fairly easy

I meant to add I'm a terrible person and weigh myself every day (and brace myself for fluctuation) - its the only way I've learnt over the years to not let myself go off the rails. Even seeing a slight loss (or sts) helps to motivate me, gains motivate me even more.
Anyway, today's menu has been the healthiest I've eaten in weeks.
B - Rice krispies, skimmed milk teeny bit of sugar
S - Toast, dairylea light slice, low fat spread (we'll call this elevenses)
L - Turkey Sandwich with low fat spread.
S - Crumpet with low fat spread (we'll call this afternoon tea)
D - Home made mushroom soup and a few pieces of BBQ chicken (done in one of those oven bag things)
S - Plum
May seem like quite a lot of meals but its the only way to keep the baby sickness away.
On the plus side I am 1.5lb down on yesterday which I expected (and expect I might lose another one or two) as my body was totally shocked into losing it as it has been fed mostly cake for the last few weeks!
Total baby gain so far: 8.5lb (p.s. i won't join in the challenges, I'm certain I'm one of only a handful counting their gains)

Ragz that's very exciting, what are you going to study? Will it be a Bachelors or Masters?
It's too early to tell whether I'll be around yet for a September onwards challenge, I'm hoping I'll be at my target weight then...who knows though, and I do like the motivational/social aspect of these threads, so count me in as a potential person to take over!:) Whoever does will have very big shoes to fill! :T

I'm not doing this challenge, but just want ed to report, I haven't had the best of days food wise, we haven't been in the house all day! and I had a giant cream scone from dobbies garden center! a hamburger from burger king, and waiting on fish and chips....I know, really really bad.
Good news! I got the job I interviewed forI'm soooooo happy!

That's very exciting ragz, what will you be studying? I'd put myself forward to take over but a) I've just agreed to take on more responsibility for my fellowship, b) I think EllaRose would be brilliant at the job, and c) I couldn't follow you! However continued thanks for your stirling work in keeping the lists so well, and I'll make a vow to really try hard and reach my next goal for your final term. There, now it's in print I can't worm my way out of it!0 -
Well after one week I have managed a 1lb loss :j
I hope I can keep this up. Not sure how successful I will be but I will give it a go :cool:0 -

Morning all
An early start so no weekend lie-in for me, needed to get the tracking done and the garage said to be there for 8am . But they're a village garage and not expensive so it's worth the struggle to get myself out of bed at silly o'clock
Just back to have a late breakfast, so today will go something like this -
B - spicy, fruity porridge
D - gammon, mushroom, tomato, egg and hm wedges. Apple
T - sandwich - 2 slices WW Danish spread w/ff yogurt, smoked salmon, sliced tomato and black pepper. Rhubarb crumble w/rf squirty cream. Made the crumbles in tiny ramekins so I can take one at a time out of the freezer when I'm craving something sweet
S - Nectarine, banana, melon, grapes
E - 15 mins step/weights/stretch am and pm
Very windy but sunny here atm, long may it last!0
