Alton towers told us a couple of years ago that the carer should be over 14, but I don't know what the other parks say, or even if this is an Alton towers rule or just that the ride op thought my son didn't look old enough (my son is very tiny). So yes, it's worth checking.
It's a shame this offer isn't online. We got ours from Warwick Castle and Birmingham sealife which weren't busy at all, but I can see it would be a struggle for the london attractions.52% tight0 -
Get a VOUCHER at Chessington. Just been to chessington today, queue for passes was about 1 hour, however a member of staff said, go into the hotel, you can buy a voucher now (£78) and exchange it when we next visit or the voucher say within 10 months. We're quite happy, it was too cold to queue today, we can now wait til our old passes run out. If you buy the voucher you don't need to have everyone there as the photos will be done when you exchange, if you do go into the hotel, there is a theme park desk on the right as you go in the entrance. Staff didn't seem to be aware of the change in end date, they just said it's quite busy because its the last weekend. When you exchange your voucher you can upgrade to premium for £35 extra.******************************************
It's not what you SAVE it's what you PAY that counts!!

I am really disgusted about the Customer service at London Eye.. I went there to buy the tickets and I queued for 2 hours in the cold .... I had my 3 months son with me and I have to breastfeed standing...and it was so cold! There were problems with the machines ... When finally I get there I was said that I could not have the 50% as the offer has expired. But I have phoned the Merlin customer service weeks ago and they had told me that the offer was going to expiry at the end of January..
The guy said that even I need a proof of the email of the Merlin customer service.. As even clients with Tesco vouchers did not print the email, a big discussion started.... At the end they gave me the tickets..
They are really disgusting!!
There was a family in front of me with a disable daughter and they waited for 2 hours!!!! And me, breastfeeding standing like a horse!!!
- I did not know that the offer was going to expiry earlier...I have a budget and tried to spend at the last minute!
- London Eye treated us like animals.....only 2 machines for a long queue......really disgusting!!!!0 -

Why did you give them your hard earned money if they treated you so badly??0 -
I know...but after the time spending to go there by train.....then a 4 year old boy was so happy to buy his pass, but I did not expect to arrive to the till and was said that the offer was not valid ..... But this time is the last time!0

- have difficulties with everyday social interaction
- have a limited capacity to follow instruction or to understand others' emotional feelings or expressions
- may become agitated or distressed having to wait an extended period of time
