Hiya, I am in same position. I asked at my bank what I could do to stop them taking the money while I try to get ziinga to close the account and they told me to cancel my card AND then ziinga still took the money !!!! £180!!!!! HELP
So that isn't a way to stop them.
My bank assured me it's impossible for ziinga.com or anyone taking any payment against the card I stopped.
I was in the process of cancelling today (£35 these days cancellation fee). But ziinga.com won't deduct the £7 already paid for a phantom phone. Say they will refund it in next 2 weeks - I've read on here people who have not received promised refunds so am not trusting them. I'm waiting for legal advice now on not paying anything at all and see what powers the have.0 -
So I have deleted my card I couldn't bare to pay another £35 after giving them about £60 already. But has any of you had a visit from a bailiff? Did they chase it up afterwards or do they give up?:(0
