Who's the best person to complain to within Royal Mail

I've written a letter and I need to send it to someone within Royal Mail, it's a complaint.
I don't want it to go to any old Joe working in the complaints dept, as I'll get the usual bog standard reply no doubt.
I need to send it to someone further up the food chain.
Has any body on here sent a complaint to someone specific within Royal Mail and got a prompt response/conclusion?
Many thanks xx

RM have a complaints procedure. If you try to bypass it, your letter will simply get passed back down.0

their complaint procedure dont always work. depends on the complaint. this recent website problems with they are having where they decided those using smartstamp would get a £25 compo payment but those like me who use the online postage account which had funds in that could not use would get nothing, so i shouted hard enough at their CEO and got the same compo.0

What is the complaint?
My complaint is about our local depot, it's a bit long winded mind you.
I dropped off a pre-paid parcel, Parcel Force 48, to the Royal Mail Kiln Farm depot, as I’ve done many times before. They are then supposed to put any Parcel force parcels aside for the Parcel force driver to collect.
The following week I get a call from my customer to say her parcel hasn’t arrived and what’s going on. I then check Parcel Force online only to see that my parcel isn’t even logged into the system for tracking, I ring Parcel Force but they tell me they haven’t got the parcel.
So Now I have to go back to the Kiln Farm depot to see if it’s there, they tell me the parcel isn’t there so Parcel Force must have collected it! I ring Parcel Force, they say they definitely haven’t got it and it’s probably gone through the Royal Mail system instead!
After 2 weeks the parcel hasn’t turned up and time is running out because the parcel contained wedding invitations that my customer wanted before Christmas. So consequently I’ve had to order more stock to make MORE invitations for my customer and because of time restraints I cannot wait any longer for the original parcel to turn up, If at all it does.
I’ve put in a claim with Parcel Force but they will only pay me for the cost of the stock that I used to make the invitations and not my time. So I’ve lost out there through no fault of my own0 -
well the issue I see is delivery offices IMEdon't get collections from Parcelforce
they get deliveries(unifrom, red cards etc) and Gas boxes(they use the DO's as parts storage for engineers)
so these items being 'put aside' is a recipe for disaster. I'm guessing one of the PF guys was collecting stuff on an ad hoc basis0
